Food Quality Assurance Technician – Hands-On QC & Compliance

West Sussex-based food manufacturing site is seeking a Product Quality Assurance Technician to support technical and production teams in maintaining food safety, legality and quality. The role is hands-on, requires attention to detail, and involves regular quality checks, documentation and investigations into any quality issues that arise.

The successful candidate will work a 48-hour shift pattern across 5 days with occasional nights, and collaborate closely with QA, Production, and Line Leaders
