Naval Materials Engineer — Graduate Programme

Babcock International in Plymouth is launching a Materials Engineering Graduate Programme. Over two years you’ll rotate through Metallurgy and Materials, Welding Design and Non-Destructive Testing, tackling complex naval engineering challenges on submarines and surface ships.

You’ll receive structured mentorship, masterclasses, and guidance toward Chartered Engineer status, with potential placements across Marine/Nuclear sectors and on-site base attendance.
