About the Role
Lloyd Recruitment Services are seeking an experienced Door Entry / Access Control Engineer to join our growing fire team covering London and the South East areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of door entry and access control systems across a range of commercial and social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities
- Servicing, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of door entry and access control systems
- Working on both new installations and reactive maintenance contracts
- Upgrading and commissioning systems to current industry standards
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and residents
- Accurate completion of job reports and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience working with intercom/door entry systems
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience working with access control
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary & Benefits
- Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
- Company van, phone and fuel card/credit card for expenses
