- Deliver tailored, whole-of-market mortgage solutions that meet each client’s individual needs
- Provideexpert guidance on protection products, including life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and home insurance
- Actively manage and convert high-quality leads provided by the estate agency
- Build strong, long-lasting client relationships through outstanding service
- Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal company standards
- Work closely with estate agency colleagues tomaximiseopportunities and drive successful outcomes
The Person:
- You have a full UK drivinglicence
- Minimum of3year’sindustry experience
- Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Confident and professional in all client interactions, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Commercial mindset with a natural ability to spot opportunities
- Organised, structured, and able to manage a busy pipeline effectively
- Positive, proactive, and self-motivated, you get things done
