Hybrid Housing Officer – Tenancy & Community Care

Joseph Rowntree Foundation and Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust is seeking a Housing Officer to deliver tenancy management services across JRHT properties. You will manage income, enforcement, property inspections and estate issues, while collaborating with partners to support complex cases and court proceedings when needed.

The role requires excellent communication, customer focus, and a good understanding of social housing regulations.
