Housing Options Officer — Flexible, Impactful Housing Support

Trafford Council is seeking a Housing Options Officer to support the Housing Options Service in Sale. You will handle enquiries, perform homelessness prevention work, and make decisions aligned with policy and legislation.

The role requires home visits and collaboration with partners to deliver effective outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years’ experience, knowledge of Homelessness Reduction Act, and strong IT and data reporting skills.
