Housing Officer – Hybrid, Community & Compliance Lead

Southern Housing is seeking a Housing Officer to join our team. This full-time role (35 hours per week) is based at our Mount Pleasant hub, with options across Bracknell or Portsmouth, and involves travel across Berkshire and Hampshire to sustain tenancies and improve community wellbeing.

You will manage tenancy matters, provide practical housing advice, lead neighbourhood initiatives, and work with partners to deliver safe, well-maintained communities.
