Intensive Housing Support Officer — Help People Secure Homes

The Bond Board is seeking an Intensive Housing Support Officer in Rochdale to work with individuals who have experienced rough sleeping and complex needs. You will support people to settle into new homes, build stability and develop skills for sustaining tenancy.

You will manage a caseload of around 12, delivering person-centred, practical tenancy support and moving people toward independent living, with a mix of home visits and collaboration with partners.
