Employee Relations Advisor: HR Compliance & Guidance

JDSports is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor based in Bury with travel to Kingsway and other Head Office locations. You will deliver a professional ER service, provide generalist advice to Line Managers, and ensure policy compliance while handling complex caseloads.

You will coach managers, maintain accurate HR records, stay current with employment legislation, and work with the People team to improve processes.
