HR Operations & Payroll Coordinator

Safran is seeking a organised People Services Coordinator to join our HR team in Gloucester. You will support employees throughout their journey—from joining and contractual changes through payroll, benefits, family leave and leaving processes.

The role involves maintaining HR data for payroll, liaising with payroll providers, administering benefits, supporting onboarding, and producing payroll reports. A strong grasp of UK HR regulations and advanced Excel/365 skills are valuable.
