HR Operations Lead — Hybrid, Inclusion & Impact

Devon Wildlife Trust is seeking an HR Operations Team Leader to oversee day-to-day HR advice and delivery at Cricklepit Mill, Exeter. You will coach managers, manage employee relations, and develop HR processes aligned with our conservation aims.

You should have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, experience in employee relations, and a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion. This is a full-time fixed-term role of 12 months with agile working options.
