Temporary HR Business Partner: Employee Relations & Change

Pertemps Plymouth is recruiting a Temporary Assistant HR Business Partner to join a busy People Team for a 2-month contract. You’ll provide HR support, handle employee relations, assist recruitment and onboarding, payroll, and benefits, and contribute to People Plans and HR projects.

Working with managers and employees across areas, you will analyse HR data, report trends, and help drive change in a fast-paced environment. Driving continuous improvement will be a key focus.
