Reception Supervisor: Lead Front Desk & Guest Experience

Luxury Lodges is seeking a Reception Supervisor to lead the desk team, supervise shifts and ensure every guest is welcomed warmly and efficiently. You will work hands-on with the team on a busy resort, handling check-ins, bookings and guest enquiries.

We value calm, organised leaders who can train staff, manage rosters and liaise with housekeeping, restaurant and spa teams. A full UK driving licence and access to own transport are preferred due to location.
