Love Childcare Recruitment is seeking an Early Years Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist for a family-run nursery group. The hybrid role covers head office in Clapham and regular travel to nurseries, with 2-3 days in office per week and 3 days visiting sites.
You will own end-to-end hiring and onboarding, ensure DBS checks, references and safer recruitment compliance, and collaborate with managers to meet staffing needs across London sites. Salary ranges £32-40k, with strong benefits.
