People & Recruitment Operations Specialist

The Profs is a global education business, seeking a HR and Recruitment Administrator to join the UK Operations team. You will recruit and onboard tutors and internal staff, manage interviews, contracts, and HR documents, and support compliance including DBS processing.

You will work closely with hiring managers, maintain personnel files, assist in onboarding, and handle procurement and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations and a strong candidate experience.
