Hybrid SEND Tribunal & EOTAS Caseworker

City of York Council is seeking a knowledgeable SEND Tribunal and EOTAS Caseworker to join our team. You will manage complex cases where children and young people may be educated outside of traditional settings and lead on appeals to the First Tier SEND Tribunal, working with schools, families and SEND professionals.

The role requires an in-depth understanding of the SEND legal framework, strong case-management skills and excellent written and oral communication.
