Night Housing & Security Officer (Trauma-Informed)

YMCA Bournemouth is seeking a Night Support Officer to join the Night Support and Security team at Delta House in Bournemouth. You will provide overnight security and housing-related support to residents, working 9.00pm to 8.00am, 44 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays.

You will record events in the Handover Book, escalate Serious Incidents, follow safeguarding policies, and work independently while collaborating with day staff.
