Onsite Desktop Support Engineer — Hands-on IT Troubleshooter

Computacenter is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across a busy customer environment in Chelmsford. You will resolve incidents, fulfill service requests and ensure users receive a responsive, high-quality support experience.

Location: Chelmsford (onsite full time). You’ll perform 2nd line incident resolution to SLA, handle hardware, software and network issues, install and configure software, and work closely with Level 3 teams to drive effective solutions.
