You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, while supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Active Directory, and Cisco networking in a fully onsite role.

You will configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, assist with endpoint security, backups, and system monitoring, and maintain documentation.
