2nd Line ICT Technician for Critical Emergency Services

West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service is seeking a 2nd line ICT support professional to install, maintain and support ICT equipment and services across the organisation. You will diagnose issues, assist users, and keep asset records up to date.

The role requires strong fault diagnosis, communication skills, and ITIL/IT-related qualifications. NVQ3 in computer subjects or equivalent experience is expected; driving licence is required.
