Data Analyst
Via East Midlands are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our Business Transformation team based out of our Head Office in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire.

What you’ll do:
- Create and maintain automated performance reports to support business decisions.
- Analyse complex data and produce technical reports.
- Monitor data quality and resolve issues to ensure accuracy.
- Develop and maintain effective data management processes.
- Share data management best practice and analytics knowledge across the business.
- Work with stakeholders to understand and meet requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-led recommendations.
What we’re seeking:
- Experience using business analytics tools, ideally including Power BI and Power Automate.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and drive improvements.
- Able to communicate complex data clearly to a range of stakeholders.
- Proficient in using a variety of IT systems and software.
- Strong written, verbal, and report‑writing skills.
