Booker Group in Weymouth is seeking experienced Butchers to run our Butchery Departments like their own business. You will work with customers to develop their business, understand local market and provide great service.

This role offers the flexibility to manage a butchery operation with support from the Store Manager. Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of all meat proteins, are self-motivated and driven to succeed in a busy retail environment.
