Restaurant Assistant Manager — Lead, Train & Grow Teams

Wendy’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations. Under the Restaurant General Manager, you will manage staff, focus on staffing, training, and scheduling to build a capable, 5-star team and support sales and profit goals.

You’ll coach and develop your team, ensure proper scheduling, and act as the face of the restaurant to new hires while supporting local marketing and compliance with policies.
