Customer Team Member – Flexible Shifts & Store Support

Co-op is hiring Customer Team Members to join our local Co-op store in Billingham. You’ll help with everyday tasks and deliver friendly, practical service to customers.

Shifts include mornings, afternoons and weekends with a mix of opening, middle and closing duties. Part-time contract at 16 hours weekly with regular overtime.

Training is provided, and you’ll have access to a range of Co-op benefits, including a staff discount, pension, holiday entitlement and 24/7 GP access.
