Project Officer, Workforce — Learning Academy (Hybrid)

Youth Sport Trust is seeking a Project Officer – Workforce to support the Learning Academy and oversee the deployment of its workforce across multiple long-term projects. This full-time, permanent role is based in Loughborough with hybrid working.

You will provide programme support, coordinate a team of 3 Project Coordinators, manage relationships with Tutors, Development Coaches and Athlete Mentors, and develop project plans to deliver on time and within budget while reporting on impact.
