Learning Support Assistant – Empower Students (Term Time)

Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust is seeking a Learning Support Assistant at Orchard Hill College, Park View Centre, Park Road, Uxbridge. The role is 36 hours per week, term time only (36 weeks), with hours 8:45 am – 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45 am to 4:15 pm on Friday. Salary is Grade 1C/3, spine points 9–17, with London Weighting Allowance.

The post offers £22,306 – £23,598 (FTE £28,218 – £29,852). Interviews will take place on 3 November 2026.
