Hybrid Risk & Resilience Coordinator – Emergency Planning

Maidstone Borough Council is seeking a proactive Risk & Resilience Co-ordinator to join the Emergency Planning and Resilience Team. The role focuses on keeping systems and records accurate, supporting business continuity, risk management and health and safety responsibilities.

You’ll coordinate corporate records, assist with training, exercises, audits and awareness initiatives, and help ensure actions are followed through with improvements embedded across the organisation.
