Process Operator – Continental Shifts, GMP Manufacturing

Nestlé S.A. Sudbury factory is seeking an experienced Line Operator to work a continental shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off) averaging ~42 hours/week. The role focuses on safe operation of extrusion lines, quality, hygiene and continuous improvement to meet production targets.

The successful candidate will join a GMP environment, contribute to KPI delivery and work as part of a team across shifts. Salary is £37,695 per annum, with shift allowance, on a 6‑month fixed-term contract.
