Location: Belper, Derbyshire (DE56)

Pay: £15.79 – £18.79 per hour

Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Ongoing Work | Temp-to-Perm

Blue Arrow is recruiting experienced Reach Truck FLT Drivers / Line Feeders for a busy manufacturing and distribution site in Belper.

Immediate starts are available following successful registration, licence verification and site induction.

Due to site location own transport is essential.

Pay & Shifts

• Morning: 06:00 – 14:30 | £15.79 per hour
• Afternoon: 14:30 – 23:00 | £17.76 per hour
• Nights: Sunday 20:30 – 06:00 and Monday to Thursday 23:00 – 06:00 | £18.79 per hour

Candidates must be flexible to work shifts as required by the client.

Essential Requirements

• Valid D2 Reach Truck certification, OR
• Valid D1 Reach Truck certification stating a test height over 10 metres
• Minimum 12 months’ Reach Truck driving experience
• Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or distribution experience
• Good understanding of FLT and warehouse Health & Safety
• Reliable attendance and good timekeeping
• Flexibility to work required shiftsOwn transport is advantageous due to shift times.

Main Responsibilities

• Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
• Line feeding production areas with materials and components
• Moving pallets, stock and finished products
• Loading and unloading goods
• Stock replenishment and inventory control
• Completing daily FLT safety checks
• Supporting warehouse and manufacturing operations
• Following Health & Safety and quality procedures

Skills & Experience

• Confident and safe Reach Truck operation
• Stock handling and movement experience
• Attention to detail and stock accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork
• Safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
