New Store Opening Assistant Manager – Lead Launch & Team

Wingstop UK is launching a brand-new restaurant and seeks an Assistant Manager to drive the opening from day one. You will partner with the General Manager to build a high-energy team, implement processes, and set the standards for service and quality from the outset.

You will train and coach new starters, oversee shifts, and embed ways of working to deliver fast service and great food. A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment will excel in this role.
