Part-Time Customer Service Consultant (28h)

Skipton Building Society is seeking a Customer Consultant for the Hexham branch. This permanent role is part-time, 28 hours per week, to support branch operating hours and deliver a first-class customer experience.

You will engage with customers face-to-face and via phone, helping them understand savings products and services while maintaining accurate records and adhering to policies. We value people who listen, solve problems, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
