Job Description:
Admirals Reach Care Home in Chelmsford seeks an enthusiastic Maintenance Operative to keep the home safe, well maintained and fully operational. You will perform a range of tasks across the building and grounds, conducting repairs, inspections and installations with a proactive, hands-on approach.
You will work with the Home Manager and team to ensure health and safety standards are met, plan maintenance activities and coordinate contractors as required.
