Aspiring Pub Manager: Lead & Elevate Guest Moments

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a pub team and drive memorable guest experiences. You will work as part of the management team, stepping up when the General Manager is not on duty, and you’ll motivate staff to deliver stellar service.

You’ll support the GM in achieving financial KPIs, lead shifts with passion, and be responsible for smooth operations while deputising as needed. A background in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role in a branded environment is preferred.
