Part-Time Shift Manager – Lead Customer Experience

Greggs in Madeley is seeking a Shift Manager to join our team and prioritise customer service. You’ll help look after the shop when the Manager isn’t around, motivate the team, and ensure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

You’ll oversee in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels, lead by example, prepare sandwiches and manage ovens, keep displays stocked, and keep the store clean and presentable.
