Store Operations Leader – Customer & Trading

Sainsbury’s Limited in Thame is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for our Thame Store. You’ll work with a small team of managers to run the store daily, taking responsibility for day-to-day operations and ensuring excellent service.

You will lead a team, coach colleagues, and manage performance and scheduling. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong customer focus, and the ability to drive KPIs such as availability and customer satisfaction.
