Fashion Retail Assistant Manager: Lead, Grow & Drive Sales

Clarks Village is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join a successful fashion retailer. You’ll support the Store Manager, lead and develop the team, and drive the commercial performance of a busy, customer-focused store.

You’ll be responsible for coaching the team, delivering strong sales and KPIs, maintaining high visual and operational standards and supporting recruitment and stock control to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
