Salary details: Grade 6 £27,274 – £28,153 per annum

Contract Type: Full Time – Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week

We are currently looking to recruit a flexible, motivated, Business Support Officer to work in Children’s Social Care North & South Localities where you will play an important role in the lives of the children in Doncaster.

Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Providing comprehensive, efficient, effective administration support to all team members, liaise with professionals, external agencies and representatives, internal colleagues and members of the public
  • Dealing with enquires from both internal and external customers ensuring that a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.
  • Updating records in excel and case management systems
  • Taking electronic minutes for highly confidential Strategy/multi agency meetings in various formats within set deadlines.
  • Processing financial payments to support the locality services
  • Analyse data and statistics to evaluate service performance and outcomes. Conduct research and summarise findings to support service development.
  • Work within Data Protection guidelines, handling sensitive and confidential data

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy office environment, be well organised, have excellent customer service skills, experience of minute taking and working to conflicting deadlines.
