A large property developer are looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain their 5-star customer satisfaction rating. You will need to have worked for either a housing association working with defects or for a housing developer in a customer service role.
Day-to-day duties:
- Being the main point of contact for the homeowners
- Updating the CRM system and logging defects or closing them down
- Complaint management
- Booking in engineers to carry out work in the properties
- Logging issues & escalating them to the management team
- Working closely with the customer service team
- Reporting to the customer service manager
