Workshop Labourer & Stores Assistant (Forklift Training)

Routes To Work Limited in Motherwell is seeking a General Labourer / Stores Assistant to support the day-to-day running of a busy workshop and stores environment.

This is a hands‑on role requiring reliability, a practical approach, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Forklift training will be provided in‑house.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 44 hours, with a focus on keeping the workplace clean, safe and organised.
