Night-Shift Customer Assistant, Flexible, Food Sector

Marks & Spencer in Wilmslow is hiring a Customer Assistant in our Food section. You’ll be at the frontline, delivering five-star service at pace and supporting daily store operations.

Shift pattern is night-time across Sundays to Tuesdays and Mondays, with additional nights in Week Two. You’ll use Sparks App and in-store devices to help customers find products and stay digitally confident.

This role emphasizes teamwork, resilience, and a willingness to adapt to changing store demands.
