Hollywood Bowl Group is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a busy bowling centre. You will be fully trained across lanes, bar and diner, and amusements, ensuring an excellent customer journey.
You will coach and mentor the team, manage front-of-house operations, and support the General Manager to meet centre goals and financial targets. A willingness to work nights and weekends is essential.
