Shift Manager — Customer Experience Leader

Greggs in Redditch is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy team and ensure excellent customer service across all channels. You’ll support the shop when the Store Manager isn’t present, motivate colleagues, manage ovens, serve customers quickly, and keep displays stocked.

You’ll work to maintain high standards, foster an inclusive culture, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced shopping experience for all customers.
