Transport Planner – Route Optimization & KPI Focus

SRG Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Traffic Planner for a busy general haulage company near Southampton. Salary £35,000 – £38,000, Monday to Friday shifts on a 15:30–01:30 rota, with 1 in 4 Saturdays paid extra.

You will join the Traffic team to route plan and coordinate the fleet, ensuring on-time deliveries and KPI targets. Experience in planning routes for HGVs and back-office admin is required, along with strong organisation and ability to work under pressure.
