Customer Services Executive — Hybrid, Career Growth & Perks

First Mile in Birmingham is seeking a Customer Services Executive to join our vibrant team. You will be at the front line, delivering fast responses and expert solutions, taking orders and addressing recycling queries with pride.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00-4:00 or 9:00-5:00 with a 30 minute lunch. Starting salary £24,650 per year plus a performance bonus. After probation, hybrid working is available to support work-life balance.
