Branch Customer Experience Advisor – 35h FTC

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at Scarborough Branch, working 35 hours per week on a rota from Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

You will be the friendly face and voice for customers, handling in-branch and phone transactions, assisting with queries, and helping protect customers against fraud and scams. You’ll be supported by a close-knit team in a multi-skilled environment.
