EE Gosforth in Whitley Bay is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to join our lively sales and contact centre. This part-time role involves 20 hours per week, evening shifts from 3pm to 9pm, with every other Saturday 11:00-17:00, starting October 2026.
You’ll handle calls from EE customers, help them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and match them to the right products. We value an outgoing, energetic listener who enjoys talking to people and thrives on helping customers.
