Mobile Customer Service Adviser — 12 Month FTC

Newbury Building Society is seeking a Mobile Customer Service Adviser on a 12 month FTC (maternity cover). Based primarily in Thatcham, the role will involve travel to Hungerford and Newbury to support colleagues and assist customers with savings accounts.

You will handle cashiering, admin tasks and other customer service duties while delivering high quality service. The role requires a full UK driving licence and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
