Marston’s is recruiting an Assistant Manager to lead and motivate our pub team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around. You’ll be passionate about delivering great guest experiences and driving team performance.

In this role you will support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs, inspire staff on every shift, and be accountable for operations when deputising for the GM. A progression path to a General Manager role is available.
