Motor Claims Handler – Personal Lines (Customer Care)

Aviva plc is recruiting a Personal Lines Motor Claims Handler in Norwich to support customers through motor claims, arranging replacements, providing update on repairs and coordinating with hire providers.

This is a permanent, 35-hour per week role (full-time) with 8:00–18:15 shifts. Starting salary £26,700–£29,650 depending on hours, skills and experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities to progress into specialist teams.
