Elite Property Manager – High-Value Rentals (Hybrid)

Chestertons is seeking an experienced Property Management Consultant to join our Portfolio Management Department in Little Venice. This role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working after the settling-in period.

You will liaise with landlords and tenants, arrange inventories, pre and end-of-tenancy cleans, maintenance, rent processing, and statements. You will inspect properties and manage deposit dilapidations while ensuring GSR compliance for high-net-worth clients.
